I come to DCZ with an accumulated wealth of experience in Bodywork. I have a professional background in dance, having worked as a performer, touring and teaching internationally for 18 years. I am also a graduate of University College London, with a BA Hons in Archaeology.

I have run my practice, Brighton Reflexologies, since 2015. The highly effective Dien Chan Zone® technique is a peaceful, light-touch modality which is a wonderful proponent for self-care. DCZ is a brilliant facial reflexology method which offers everybody a chance to deepen their listening to their body, actively address and easily work on their own specific symptoms with straightforward, direct guidance.
